Hotel Skane is a small, cozy tourist-class hotel on the edge of Tallinn's Old Town. We offer a caring, personal style of service, ensuring that guest first visit to Hotel Skane certainly won't be the last.Hotel was built at the end of the 19th century, when it was named the "Grand Hotel"- one of the first of its kind in Tallinn. The building was reconstructed in the 1920's, playing host to an hotel and a restaurant / cocktail bar right up until 1940. The building miraculously survived the bombardment of March 9, 1944, when 53% of the residential areas of Tallinn were destroyed. Hotel Skane was last fully renovated in 2003.Hotel guests can park their car or bicycle free of charge in the parking area.
